We offer free trackable shipping for all orders! However, we require a processing time of 1-3 days to ensure quality and pack your items before they are shipped. If the products are available in our local warehouse, they will be shipped and delivered within 1-3 working days.
If the products are not available in our local warehouse, they will be shipped from our foreign warehouse, resulting in a delivery time of 6-12 working days with trackable shipping. This is done to enable direct shipment from the factory and keep prices as low as possible for the customer by avoiding intermediaries.
An automatic order confirmation is always sent to the customer after the order is placed. Once the package has been shipped, delivery information will be sent via email. If you can't find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder as it sometimes ends up there.
If there are delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., during a pandemic), we are not responsible for the delays. We kindly ask the customer to wait for up to 20 working days before contacting customer service regarding a missing order.
The customer always has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, regardless of the reason. However, to exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form or at Info.theminiscope@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the return process. The customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, and shipping costs on returns are non-refundable.
If there has been an error in the order, and you wish to cancel it, please contact us at Info.theminiscope@gmail.com. If your package has already been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the order.
We would also like to remind you that our prices exclude VAT, and customs and import fees may apply when the item is shipped from our warehouse in China. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fees.
